Get Physically Prepared to Play!
SPORTS PERFORMANCE gets athletes physically prepared to play to their full potential. Primary goal is to minimize the risk of injury and maximize the potential of each student-athlete. All of our programs are centered around explosive ground-based, three dimensional and multi-joint movements. Sprinting, jumping/landing, change of direction and the barbell movements like squats, deadlifts and presses.
Fundamentals of Running, Speed, & Movement
Building a strong foundation working on the fundamentals of running and movement in a fun but hard working environment. Student-athletes in this class will absolutely see improvements over the course of the program.

Functional Strength for Youth Athletes
This is a Functional Strength class for committed student athletes. Emphasis is placed on weight training with some speed & agility work as well. There is a Middle School class and a High School class.
Hockey Focused Training
8-Week class focusing on Hockey specific training. Covers speed, strength, & conditioning related specifically to hockey.
