You can choose from several different classes - and each one is optimized for age, level of fitness, and experience.
Strength Factory & Speed Lab
Performance Training for Grades 5–8
This elite training program is designed for young athletes who want to build a strong foundation in speed, strength, and injury prevention. Led by the New England Free Jacks’ professional performance staff, each session combines science-backed coaching with advanced training technology to deliver real, measurable results.
Based on your membership, athletes can focus on Strength, Speed, or a combination of both.
Strength Factory
Develop full-body strength, improve movement mechanics, and reduce injury risk using Keiser pneumatic resistance and VALD Force Plates.
Speed Lab
Enhance speed, agility, and explosiveness through sprint training and reactive drills. Each athlete receives a Universal Speed Rating (USR) account, with performance tracked using VALD Laser Timing Gates and Force Plates.

GAME READY: Speed & Agility
This gym class is focused on developing speed, agility, and quickness in students from grades 2 to 5. Using various coaching techniques and tools such as hurdles, agility ladders, cones, speed ramps, and more, this program aims to enhance students’ ability to move swiftly and efficiently. The class will focus on improving acceleration, deceleration, directional change, and running mechanics in a fun and challenging environment.
GAME READY: Speed, Agility & Strength
In this 60-minute session, students in grades 6 - 8 will engage in a comprehensive workout that integrates speed and agility drills with bodyweight strength training. Rotating through different stations, they will practice footwork, directional change, acceleration, and deceleration while also building core and lower/upper body strength. Proper form, technique, and progression will be emphasized to ensure safety and maximize results. The combination of speed, agility, and strength work will create a well-rounded athletic foundation for students.

Functional Strength for Youth Athletes
This is a Functional Strength class for committed student athletes. Emphasis is placed on weight training with some speed & agility work as well. There is a Middle School class and a High School class.
