Fundamental Athletic Movement for Pre-K to 1st Grade
This introductory gym class is designed to develop basic motor skills and introduce young learners (Pre-K to 1st grade) to fundamental movement patterns. The program will use a variety of tools such as hurdles, poles, ramps, beams, and more to create a fun, engaging, and supportive environment. Children will enhance their coordination, balance, agility, and strength while learning the basics of running and movement through structured play.

This gym class is focused on developing speed, agility, and quickness in students from grades 2 to 5. Using various coaching techniques and tools such as hurdles, agility ladders, cones, speed ramps, and more, this program aims to enhance students’ ability to move swiftly and efficiently. The class will focus on improving acceleration, deceleration, directional change, and running mechanics in a fun and challenging environment.
In this 60-minute session, students in grades 6 - 8 will engage in a comprehensive workout that integrates speed and agility drills with bodyweight strength training. Rotating through different stations, they will practice footwork, directional change, acceleration, and deceleration while also building core and lower/upper body strength. Proper form, technique, and progression will be emphasized to ensure safety and maximize results. The combination of speed, agility, and strength work will create a well-rounded athletic foundation for students.

Functional Strength for Youth Athletes
This is a Functional Strength class for committed student athletes. Emphasis is placed on weight training with some speed & agility work as well. There is a Middle School class and a High School class.
